This launch carries a special meaning for us. October 16 is more than just a date — it’s also the anniversary of when we first opened Frays Dental Centre in 1999. To be launching a new phase in dental nurse education exactly 26 years later feels like a full circle moment.

Although we’ve been teaching and training dental nurses since 2016, this new course represents a growth phase for us. It builds on everything we’ve learned through years of mentoring and supporting aspiring dental nurses in Uxbridge and beyond.
The Foundation Course in Dental Nursing is designed to give learners a practical, hands-on introduction to the dental environment. Based in a real working dental practice, it’s not just about theory — it’s about experiencing what life is really like as part of a dental team.
This early exposure to clinical settings helps new learners build confidence, develop professional habits, and understand what lies ahead when they move on to formal dental nurse training.
